Shift Electrician

As an Electrical Technician, you will report directly to the Electrical-Electronic Section Supervisor. Your key tasks will include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance according to the maintenance schedule;
• Resolving electrical faults and performing machine changeovers to minimize production downtime;
• Inspecting and cleaning electrical cabinets, fans, and filters;
• Diagnosing issues using testing and measuring tools;
• Replacing and adjusting electrical components as needed;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, machine manuals, and electrical diagrams;
• Ensuring all work complies with safety, health, environmental, and food safety regulations (ISO, BRC, HACCP, NEN 3140/1010);
• Writing daily shift reports and updating technical documentation;
• Creating backups of existing software versions used in installations.

• MBO Level 4 degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a production environment;
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, sensors, control systems, and rotating equipment (pumps, gearboxes, conveyors);
• Experience with technical documentation, troubleshooting tools, and electrical diagrams;
• Basic knowledge of Allen Bradley systems;
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English;
• Familiar with NEN 3140/1010, ISO/BRC standards, and HACCP guidelines.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our state-of-the-art production lines running smoothly by performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations and systems.

• Full-time position in a 5-shift rotation (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00);
• Monthly salary between €3200 and €4000 including shift allowance (depending on experience);
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer without a maximum;
