Operator in training

For this position, we are looking for a Production Worker Plus who is eager to grow into the role of Operator.

What will you be doing?

• Start as a Production Worker and develop into an Operator through on-the-job learning.
• Work in a 3-shift system with the following hours: 04:00-13:30 / 13:15-21:45 / 21:30-05:00.
• Ensure that everything is in the right place.
• Keep the production lines running smoothly.
• Prepare the necessary materials and products so that everyone can work efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe production line and work environment.
• Receive support from experienced colleagues and a buddy.
• Participate in internal training to further develop your skills.

Growing into the Operator role:

As an Operator, you will be responsible for the entire production process. From preparation to completion, you will:

• Set up and adjust machines.
• Ensure all necessary materials are available.
• Oversee a smooth production process for bakery products such as cake bases, apple turnovers, and sausage rolls.

• A gross salary of €17,00 per hour based on a 3-shift system and a 37.5-hour workweek.
