Are you a go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment? As an Allround Warehouse Employee, you play a key role in the logistics process of our warehouse. You are responsible for efficiently picking, checking, and packaging orders using our advanced digital scanning system.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: You accurately pick, check, and package orders using a digital scanning system.
• Loading and Unloading: You handle and stack heavy boxes and manage small packages with attention to detail to ensure our products are processed safely and correctly.
• Quality Control: You ensure all products are correctly packaged and ready for shipment.

Job Requirements

• Experience with Reach Truck: Experience is preferred, but not required. We offer training.
• Flexibility: You are flexible and overtime is no problem for you.
• Physical Work: You have no problem with physical work and are capable of handling heavy loads.
• Language Skills: Good command of the English language.
• Conduct of Good Behaviour: Willingness to provide a Conduct of Good Behaviour.

This logistics service provider was founded in Germany in 1890. They have a very beautiful and rich history and offer their customers a range of environmentally friendly and innovative supply chain solutions that reduce carbon emissions and enable them to be completely carbon neutral. Currently they have multiple locations around the world including several locations in the Netherlands. We are looking for reinforcements for the warehouse location in Helmond.

Terms of Employment

• Working Hours: You work in a two-shift system from 06:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00.
• Salary: A starting salary of €13.27 per hour, increasing to €13.68 from April 1, 2024.
• Allowances: Shift allowance of 135% for work between 18:00 - 00:00 and between 06:00 - 07:00; overtime paid at 130%.
• Travel Allowance: From 10 kilometers one way, a compensation of €3.07 up to €6.15 per day.
• Holiday Allowance: 8.33%, immediate pension accrual from the first working day.
